Former President Barack Obama’s personal chef, Tafari Campbell, was tragically found drowned near the Obama family’s estate on Martha’s Vineyard. The incident unfolded when a fellow paddleboarder reported seeing Campbell “struggle on the surface, go under, and not resurface.” This prompted a search by Massachusetts State Police. Sadly, Campbell’s body was discovered about 100 feet from shore, approximately 8 feet deep in the Edgartown Great Pond. The investigation into his death is currently underway.
