In a recent congressional hearing, University of Pennsylvania swimmer, Paula Scanlan, testified about her experience of being forced to change in front of a biological male. Scanlan emphasized how women’s voices are silenced and labeled as “transphobic, bigoted, and hateful” when they object to these policies. She called on politicians to put aside their politics and listen to the impact this issue has on women.
One Democrat, Rep. Steven Cohen (D-TN), accidentally admitted the reality of both walls and women while responding to Scanlan’s testimony. Cohen acknowledged that Penn could have done more to provide different barriers in the women’s locker room, suggesting the need for separate spaces. In doing so, Cohen unknowingly undermined the Democrats’ argument of erasing women.
Paula Scanlan, Lia Thomas' teammate at UPenn, drops a BOMB on Congress. As a victim of previous sexual assault, having an intact & exposed man undressing inches away from her is traumatic in ways some could never understand.

This incident highlights the flawed and damaging nature of the Democrats’ stance on this issue. They can’t even hold up their own argument, as evidenced by Cohen’s accidental acknowledgment of the need for separate locker rooms. It’s clear that the Democrats’ narrative of blurring gender lines and erasing women is fundamentally flawed.
What’s concerning is that anyone who questions this narrative is immediately labeled as a bigot. This not only stifles free speech but also prevents a necessary and open discussion about the impact of these policies on women. It’s time for politicians to listen to the concerns of women like Scanlan and prioritize their rights and safety over political correctness.
