In a recent article published by Forbes, the author, Janice Gassam Asare, attempted to pass off her blatant racism as a workplace diversity initiative. The article, titled “3 Ways To Transform Your Workplace To Be More Equitable,” is actually just a thinly veiled attack on white culture. Asare argues that “white-centering” in the workplace is harmful and prioritizes white dominant culture at the expense of non-white groups and cultures. The audacity of this woman to suggest that characteristics intrinsically linked to a person’s race, such as white culture and perspectives, should be purged from society is the very definition of racism.
Vance has had enough.

But the best part is, Senator J.D. Vance of Ohio saw right through this nonsense and didn’t hold back in expressing his disgust. He called out the article for what it truly is — “s***,” “racist,” and “gross.” And you know what? He’s absolutely right. It’s about time someone had the guts to speak out against this kind of nonsense.
Conservative commentator Benny Johnson even suggested investigating and referring Asare for federal prosecution under the 1964 Civil Rights Act, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race. And why not? If we’re going to stand against racism, then we should stand against all forms of it, including the racism against white people that is being pushed by so-called “diversity consultants” like Asare.
It’s a good thing that presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy chimed in and pointed out the obvious — there’s no such thing as “reverse racism,” it’s just pure racism. Truer words have never been spoken.
This whole situation is absolutely absurd. Could you imagine the justified outrage if a mainstream publication printed an article about removing “blackness” from the workplace? It would be pandemonium! But for some reason, people think it’s okay to attack white culture under the guise of progressivism.
Vance is absolutely right to question whether this so-called “diversity consultant” receives taxpayer money. DEI initiatives should not be used to scapegoat white Americans. No one should be forced to submit to racial harassment sessions at their job under the guise of progressivism. It’s just not right.
Let’s be clear here: catering to every group except whites is not inclusion. This transparent attempt to virtue-signal naked racism only serves to divide the nation instead of uniting it. And we, as conservatives, won’t stand for it.
So, kudos to Senator Vance for standing up against this nonsense. It’s about time someone had the backbone to call out the left’s hypocrisy and double standards. The fight against racism should be an inclusive one that stands against all forms of discrimination, not just the politically convenient ones.
On a side note, did you know that 90 percent of advertisers will have nothing to do with The Western Journal? The liberal elites have put them on one of their financial kill lists, simply because they’ve been telling the truth and speaking out against them for over a decade. That’s why they’re turning to their readers for help. One membership to The Western Journal can make a real difference. It’s a small price to pay for supporting a publication that fights for traditional American values and against liberal elites.
