There’s drama brewing in the sunny state of California, folks! A church pastor from Victorville, Samuel Pasillas, found himself in hot water after allegedly trying to take matters into his own hands. And by “matters,” we mean his daughter’s love life. This pastor supposedly forked over a whopping $40,000 to a group of guys to go all Bonnie and Clyde on his daughter’s boyfriend. Yikes, talk about tough love!

The victim, bless his heart, managed to dodge those bullets like a pro in a Hollywood action movie. Despite being shot multiple times while cruising in his car, he still had the guts to drive himself to the hospital. California may be known for its wild car chases, but this one takes the cake!
Now, Pastor Pasillas may have been preaching to his congregation, but his actions definitely don’t align with the Ten Commandments. You’d think a man of the cloth would turn the other cheek, not hire a band of misfits to do his dirty work. But hey, stranger things have happened in the Golden State!
It’s a small world after all, as detectives uncovered that the victim was none other than the boyfriend of Pasillas’ daughter. Talk about a tangled web of family drama! The pastor allegedly met with the hired guns and had them tail the poor boyfriend before the shooting went down. Looks like Sunday service won’t be the same at that church in Victorville.
In the end, Pastor Pasillas found himself trading in his bible for a pair of handcuffs. The Riverside Police Department slapped him with a laundry list of charges, including solicitation for murder and conspiracy to commit murder. With a cool million-dollar bond hanging over his head, it looks like this pastor may need some divine intervention. Remember, folks, love thy neighbor – even if they’re dating your daughter!
