A coward with a gun silenced one of our movement’s brightest voices forever.
This was not just a random act of violence. This was a targeted assassination of a man who dared to speak truth to power on America’s college campuses. Kirk spent years fighting the radical left’s takeover of our universities, and they couldn’t stand it anymore.
The shooter is still on the run while law enforcement conducts a massive manhunt. Two innocent people were wrongly arrested and later released, showing how chaotic this attack made everything. The FBI and ATF are now crawling all over the scene, but where were they when leftist radicals were making threats against conservatives for years.
President Trump said it perfectly when he called Kirk “Great, and even Legendary.” No one understood young Americans better than Charlie Kirk did. He connected with millions of students who felt abandoned by their own schools and professors.
Kirk was participating in his famous “Prove Me Wrong” event when the attack happened. He was sitting at a table, inviting students to debate him openly and honestly. Instead of engaging in civil discourse, someone chose murder as their response to conservative ideas.
This is what happens when the mainstream media and Democrat politicians spend years demonizing conservatives as enemies of democracy. They create a climate where disturbed individuals think violence against patriots is justified. The blood is on their hands too.
Utah Valley University should have been one of the safest places in America for a conservative speaker. Utah is a red state filled with good, decent people who respect the Constitution. But the radical left’s poison has spread everywhere, even to our most conservative communities.
Charlie Kirk’s death will not silence the conservative movement – it will only make us stronger. Millions of young Americans will now see exactly what the left is willing to do to stop us. They just created a martyr, and martyrs inspire revolutions.
