Radical Judge Strips Trump of Control Over California National Guard in Shocking Move

The latest ruling out of San Francisco is just another blatant example of judicial activism run amok, weaponizing the courts to hobble our president’s ability to keep Americans safe. A federal judge — hand-picked by Bill Clinton no less — has ordered the Trump administration to cede control of the California National Guard back to Gavin Newsom’s radical regime. The preposterous claim? That President Trump somehow overstepped his clearly defined authority under the Constitution by deploying the Guard to restore order in Los Angeles during a crisis. This is yet another liberal judge putting political ideology ahead of law and common sense.

Let’s be crystal clear: the president is the commander-in-chief of all U.S. armed forces. When chaos erupts on the streets of America’s biggest cities, when lawless mobs threaten innocent citizens, the president must have the authority to act swiftly and decisively. But this judge insists Trump needed some sort of permission slip from the governor — as if a left-wing California politician, who has openly encouraged lawlessness and disrespects the rule of law, should dictate federal responses. Meanwhile, California’s own pathetic management of this mess demonstrates exactly why the feds had to step in. This ruling undermines national security and gives emboldened left-wing governors and mayors a green light to ignore federal authority whenever they don’t like it.

And make no mistake — this isn’t about legal technicalities. It’s about a deliberate spinning of the Constitution to protect globalist interests and cripple America’s ability to enforce law and order. The Tenth Amendment wasn’t designed to make the United States helpless when fighting violent riots or defending public safety. It was meant to protect states from federal overreach, not to shackle the president in the middle of a crisis against the clear threat to American citizens. Yet the ruling paints Trump as some sort of aspiring king bent on usurping power, ignoring who’s actually been wielding power in places like California — corrupt politicians more interested in virtue-signaling than governance.

Governor Newsom’s smug declaration that “the military belongs on battlefields, not city streets” is not only tone-deaf; it’s dangerous. When cities like Los Angeles turn into warzones, the streets become a battlefield for everyday Americans. Newsom’s refusal to accept federal help masks the truth that Democrat-run states would rather have their citizens live in fear than admit they can’t handle their own mess. This ruling effectively rewards that failure and punishes the president for daring to protect American lives. It’s the kind of liberal logic that hands victory to violent radicals and denies law-abiding citizens the protection they deserve.

President Trump himself has made it clear he’s not seeking unlimited power—he faces enough roadblocks and resistance to get anything done. But the left and its judicial allies are using every tool at their disposal to box him in. This ridiculous legal stunt will undoubtedly be appealed, but the damage is done. America is being weakened from within by activist judges and radical politicians who want to tie the president’s hands while leaving criminals free to terrorize our streets. If Americans want safety, order, and respect for the rule of law, they need to ask: who really is the king here—the man trying to protect us, or the judges and governors standing in the way?
