Attorneys for Hunter Biden are making desperate efforts to slander a courageous Internal Revenue Service (IRS) whistleblower who revealed malfeasance within the Biden Justice Department. The son of President Joe Biden's legal team, lead by Abbe Lowell, sent a letter to Representative Jason Smith in which he accused him of allowing Gary Shapley to unlawfully disclose confidential information. It does not take a genius to recognize that this is a feeble attempt to intimidate and suppress a person who ventured to reveal the truth.

Lowell continues by characterizing Shapley as a "disgruntled" employee attempting to conceal his own misconduct. What a chuckle! Evidently, Hunter Biden and his team are groping at straws to divert attention away from the serious allegations made against him. They cannot tolerate being held accountable for his actions, so they resort to making unsubstantiated accusations against anyone who dares to challenge them.

Rep. Smith released transcripts of testimony from Shapley and another whistleblower, providing additional evidence of the preferential treatment Hunter Biden received in the case in which he pleaded guilty to tax fraud and gun possession. These whistleblowers are the champions we need in the fight against corruption, but the Biden campaign is maligning them.
Lowell attempts to dismiss the incriminating Whatsapp messages implicating President Biden in his son's questionable business dealings. She dismisses them as "total forgeries" without disputing their content. The Biden family has a lengthy history of dubious dealings, and it is time for them to be held accountable.
Notably, Lowell suggests that Shapley and the other whistleblower were not adequately informed about the repercussions of making false statements. Nonetheless, the transcripts reveal that both IRS agents were aware of the gravity of their actions. This is yet another attempt by the Biden camp to discredit these courageous individuals.
Due to the absence of support from U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, opponents of Hunter Biden's plea agreement are demanding that the agreement be tossed out. In New Jersey and Los Angeles, where liberal U.S. attorneys refused to bring charges against Biden, Garland was unable to assist in his prosecution. Garland hindered Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss' ability to hold Hunter Biden accountable for his offenses by denying him special counsel authority.
Shapley, the IRS whistleblower, has even asserted that he overheard Weiss state that he would not be the one to determine whether Hunter Biden will face justice. This shocking revelation demonstrates the depth of malfeasance within the Biden Justice Department. It is evident that the Bidens believe themselves to be above the law and will do anything to safeguard their interests.
We must persist in demanding a comprehensive investigation into the allegations against Hunter Biden and hold the Biden family accountable for their actions. No one should manipulate our justice system for personal gain, and no one should be above the law. It is time for the truth to be revealed, despite the Bidens' best efforts to conceal it.
