The Biden administration finally acknowledged the shake-up in the House of Representatives, but of course, they couldn’t resist taking a swipe at the Republicans in the process. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre called the ousting of House Speaker Kevin McCarthy “shambolic behavior” from House Republicans. Talk about playing favorites! Jean-Pierre conveniently forgot to mention the internal divisions and chaos within the Democratic Party. Typical.
But hey, she did make one point that we can all agree on: the American people are sick and tired of the infighting and chaos in Congress. It’s about time they acknowledge that. Of course, it’s easy for the White House to shift blame onto the Republicans, but let’s not forget who actually has the majority in the House. And guess what? It’s not the Republicans.
"What's your advice to the next House speaker?"

As for President Biden, he conveniently avoided commenting on the matter, saying it’s “above his pay grade.” Really? As the leader of the country, shouldn’t he have some sort of opinion on who is leading one of the most important legislative bodies in the land? But I guess that’s asking too much from a president who seems to be more interested in avoiding responsibility than actually leading.
Overall, the Biden White House’s response to the House shake-up is just another example of their bias and unwillingness to take responsibility. It’s clear that they are more interested in playing politics than actually getting things done for the American people. We deserve better than that.
