Once again, the Supreme Court handed globalists a gift and delivered American strength a slap in the face. President Trump wasn’t having it. After the Court’s latest 6-3 blunder gutting his power over tariffs, Trump finally spotlighted a real fighter on the bench: Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
While the six activist justices jumped at the chance to cut America off at the knees, Kavanaugh chose courage. His dissent tore through the weak arguments and exposed the legal lunacy of tying an American president’s hands in the name of “international emergency” technicalities. Liberals—unsurprisingly—clapped as the majority let China, Europe, and every hostile competitor breathe a sigh of relief. They can flood U.S. markets without worrying that the president will fight back. So much for putting America first.

The so-called “elite” legal minds in robes love telling everyday Americans what their leaders can and can’t do. They mumble about the “limits of executive power” while foreign countries laugh all the way to the bank. Kavanaugh refused to play that game. He recognized what Trump—and millions of regular Americans—already know: the world’s toughest economic fight isn’t won by bureaucrats clutching dusty law books. It’s won by bold action and an unwavering defense of American jobs.
Liberals gush about “checks and balances,” but where was that passion when Biden went rogue on the border, spent taxpayer money with abandon, or let crises spiral out of control? Their hypocrisy stinks to high heaven. Apparently, handcuffing Trump is the only balance they care about.
Trump made it crystal clear—Kavanaugh is the kind of justice America needs. Not another timid lawyer kneeling to the globalist agenda, but a patriot with backbone. If only the rest of the Supreme Court remembered who they’re supposed to work for: the American people. Maybe it’s time the Court took a lesson from Kavanaugh—and Trump—about standing tall, not bowing down. Are we a nation led by cowards, or by men willing to fight for what matters?
