In a recent Iowa townhall event with Fox News, the beloved and ever eloquent former President Donald Trump regaled the crowd with a story about his encounter with the late Ted Kennedy. According to Trump, Kennedy had some not-so-flattering words to say about his long-time colleague, Joe Biden.

And so, during a casual conversation, Trump inquired about the brightest mind in the Senate. Kennedy, with his usual candidness, replied, “Probably Joe.” Yes, folks, that’s right. According to a prominent Democrat like Kennedy, Joe Biden was deemed the “dumbest” member of the United States Senate. Ouch.
But wait, there’s more. Trump seized the opportunity to sprinkle a little salt on Biden’s political wounds by pointing out his mental decline. The former president noted that back in the day, nobody would have associated the word “nuclear” with any meeting. However, thanks to the pressing global issues surrounding nuclear weapons, it’s now brought up at every turn.

In Trump’s own colorful words, “We have a man that doesn’t know he’s alive, and he’s backed up by the media.” It’s a sad state of affairs when the leader of the free world is more confused than a toddler in a candy store.

With his wit, charm, and unwavering commitment to putting America first, he galvanized the crowd and reignited hope for a brighter and more prosperous future. Make America Great Again, indeed!
Trump’s recollection of the conversation with Ted Kennedy serves as a stark reminder of the deficiencies that lie within our current president. It’s a shame that Biden’s mental state has deteriorated to such a degree, as nuclear weapons become an increasingly pressing concern.
