Texas Democrats never fail to amaze with their chaos, and now they’re scrambling to blame their failures on race. It’s the typical liberal playbook—when the heat gets too much, suddenly everything is “racist.” Jasmine Crockett, who’s already facing defeat in the U.S. Senate race, is doing exactly that. With the Democratic primary in Dallas descending into utter confusion, Crockett is quick to hint that it all happened because of some hidden racism.
This is a tired tactic. Democrats always talk about unity and equity, but when it’s their own election fiascos, suddenly they find the most divisive explanations. Instead of admitting the truth—Democrat-run elections in big cities like Dallas are a mess—they want everyone looking for ghosts and boogeymen. If the leadership is so progressive and caring, why is the process so broken? Maybe it’s because Democrats are better at pointing fingers than solving problems.

Crockett’s desperate attempt to cast blame exposes the real problem in her party. Liberals love to use identity politics as a shield for their own epic incompetence. When Democrats fight among themselves, and things fall apart, they blame some vague “system” instead of holding themselves accountable. Voters are watching, and they’re tired of the never-ending drama and excuses.
Meanwhile, Texas voters aren’t fooled. Everyone can see that this blame game is about saving face and ducking responsibility. No amount of race-baiting can hide the fact that Democrat leadership can’t handle a fair, transparent election—even in their own supposed strongholds. If they can’t run a primary without confusion, how can anyone trust them with anything bigger?
It’s time to call this what it is: classic Democrat distraction. Don’t fall for it. Americans want leaders who take responsibility and get the job done. As usual, Democrats like Crockett would rather play the victim than fix the mess they made. Maybe voters are ready to stop rewarding this circus. Or is this exactly the circus the left wants to keep running?
