Senator Bill Cassidy of Louisiana has become the poster child for everything wrong with Republican leadership today. Once again, Cassidy is poking the MAGA bear with a big, pharma-funded stick. He’s the kind of so-called Republican who thinks it’s acceptable to side with liberal Democrats when he should be standing shoulder to shoulder with real conservatives.
Let’s not forget, Cassidy helped lead the charge against Trump, our one and only America First president, during the ridiculous January 6 witch hunt. And in 2023, this “Republican” tried to shove President Trump out of the 2024 race over a nonsense documents scandal. This spineless move shows Cassidy’s true allegiance lies not with the people of Louisiana or American values, but with the elite Swamp-dwellers in Washington who thrive on political theater.

Kennedy faced a hostile Senate hearing, and Cassidy was there to spearhead the attack. All the better to uphold the interests of pharmaceutical giants, who adore his service to their pro-vaccine agenda. Cassidy acted like a puppet trying to set traps for Kennedy with tricky questions designed for camera glory rather than truth-seeking. These showboating antics are meant to keep his pharma donors happy and his Senate seat secure.
If you follow the money, you’d see why Cassidy is so buddy-buddy with the drug industry. Over one million dollars came from health sectors to line his pockets, with much more likely hidden under the murky veil of “dark money”. Since when do drug companies shower politicians with cash without expecting anything in return? Spoiler alert—they don’t. They’ve bought his loyalty, and Cassidy sells it for a song.
There’s a bright star on the horizon, though. Word on the street is that President Trump is eyeing Rep. Julia Letlow as a possible MAGA alternative in Louisiana. Maybe, just maybe, she won’t bow down to the globalist powers the way Cassidy has. Cassidy has become an out-of-touch, pharma-loving, RINO disgrace. Isn’t it time for a change?
