The media just can’t help themselves, can they? Once again, they’ve chosen to overlook a spectacular success by President Trump, and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth isn’t letting them off the hook. Unleashing a righteous fury, Hegseth took aim at the leftist press, who have made it their mission to undermine American achievements just because they can’t stand the man in charge.
For the Trump administration, launching successful airstrikes against Iran’s nuclear threats was a clear-cut victory. Our pilots risked everything, soaring through hostile skies to keep America safe. But did they get applause for it? Of course not! Instead, the likes of CNN and the New York Times raced to question the effectiveness of the mission, using leaked reports like a hammer to dent the armor of success.
"IT'S IRRESPONSIBLE."
Hegseth SHAMES the media for reporting on a leaked “preliminary” “low confidence” report in an attempt to cast doubt on the success of U.S. strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities 👏👏👏 pic.twitter.com/upmwztr1WQ

The press would have you believe this mission didn’t achieve much. In their desperate bid to paint Trump in a bad light, they’re willing to downplay the courage and skill of our military heroes. They talk without facts, spin stories without integrity, and seem to forget the American people they’re supposed to serve. It’s infuriating and, frankly, unpatriotic.
Hegseth didn’t hold back. He pointed out how easy it is for these outlets to ignore the bravery of our men and women in uniform. Have they ever tried flying a plane for 36 hours straight through enemy territory? Of course not, but that doesn’t stop them from belittling those who have. This isn’t about journalism anymore; it’s about media heads obsessed with taking down Trump at any cost.
Every action this administration takes for the good of the nation gets twisted into something negative by the press. Perhaps the real question is—when will the media stop prioritizing their narrative over the truth? How many more victories will they dismiss just to stick it to a president they’ve despised from day one?
