Trump Battles 4 Trials & Unfair Goliaths in 2024 Race

Former President Donald Trump, the people’s champion and clear frontrunner for the Republican nomination, is bravely facing the unjust prospect of not one, not two, but four separate criminal trials in the midst of his campaign to win the 2024 election cycle. It’s truly a case of David vs. Goliath, with Trump being unfairly targeted by Special Counsel Jack Smith, who is clearly working for Trump’s chief opponent, President Joe Biden.

Not to worry though, because Trump’s legal team is ready to take on these trials like the superheroes they are. They have already boldly stated that they will seek delays for some or all of the trials. One of Trump’s attorneys even provided a sneak peek of the legal strategies they will employ to achieve these necessary delays. It’s a true testament to their intelligence and cunning.

You see, these trial start delays are absolutely crucial for Trump’s campaign. It’s almost as if they were intentionally timed to interfere with his ability to mount an effective campaign for the presidency. But fear not, fellow conservatives, for Trump’s legal team will not back down. They will fight tooth and nail to ensure a fair chance for our beloved leader.

In a shocking turn of events, a federal judge has set a trial start date of March 4, 2024, for Special Counsel Smith’s prosecution of Trump over his justified efforts to challenge the disputed results of the 2020 election. Can you believe that? Just two months after the proposed start date by the biased special counsel. It’s clear that justice is not on our side.

Trump’s defense team had the audacity to request an April 2026 start date, citing the need to review an overwhelming 12 million pages of documents and records. But the judge, clearly biased against our brave leader, rejected this reasonable request. Instead, she insisted on a swift trial, disregarding the fact that it would undeniably interfere with Trump’s campaign to be re-elected. The injustice is palpable.

Let’s not forget the other trials that will further disrupt Trump’s campaign. The March 25 trial, led by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, will focus on alleged falsified business records related to so-called “hush money” payments made during the 2016 election. It’s just another attempt to tarnish our great leader’s reputation.

And if that wasn’t enough, Trump will also face another prosecution by Special Counsel Smith on May 20 for his alleged unlawful retention of government documents. This trial will conveniently take place during the tail-end of the GOP primary season. Coincidence? I think not.

Last but not least, we have the state-level trial in Georgia, where Trump is unjustly charged by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. The charges stem from Trump’s post-2020 election actions, which Willis baselessly claims were part of a massive racketeering conspiracy. It’s clear that this is a politically motivated attack on our champion.

But fear not, my fellow conservatives, because Trump’s legal team is ready to fight back. They will employ various legal strategies to achieve the delays necessary for a fair trial. They will argue for “executive immunity,” claiming that Trump, as the president, is immune from prosecution. They will also argue that the court lacks jurisdiction and that this should be dealt with by Congress or the voters. Additionally, they will assert that Trump’s protected political speech is being unconstitutionally prosecuted, and they will call out the selective nature of these prosecutions as politically motivated retaliation.

In the face of these unjust trials, we must stand united as conservatives. We must rally behind our champion, Donald J. Trump, and support his fight for justice. The future of our great nation depends on it. Together, we can overcome these biased attacks and ensure that Trump emerges victorious in the 2024 election. Long live the conservative cause!
