Attention all Trump supporters, buckle your seatbelts because the Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee (RNC) have hit a fundraising jackpot! In the month of May alone, they managed to rake in a whopping $141 million. That’s enough money to buy a whole bunch of MAGA hats and maybe even a few golden toilets.
With over 2 million donations pouring in, averaging about $70 each, it’s clear that Trump’s supporters are willing to put their money where their mouths are. Approximately a quarter of these donors were newbies to the 2024 campaign, showing that the Trump train is still picking up steam despite all the bumpy rails.

Not only did the Trump campaign bring in the big bucks, but other organizations batting for the former president managed to haul in an additional $150 million in May. Put those figures together and you’ve got yourself a staggering $300 million war chest. That’s a lot of green, folks.
The donations were described as a response to the “sham Biden trial and verdict,” which evidently ticked off and fired up Americans from coast to coast. Chris LaCivita and Susie Wiles, senior advisers for the campaign, expressed their gratitude for the overwhelming support, calling out the so-called rigged trial that supposedly backfired on ol’ Joe Biden and Co.
In true Trumpian fashion, the campaign honchos warned that the real showdown would happen at the polls come November 5, when the presidential election rolls around. RNC Chairman Michael Whatley and Co-Chair Lara Trump chimed in, slamming the Biden Trials as a pathetic ploy to sideline the man of the hour, Donald J. Trump. But hey, if anything, it seems like the trial only pumped up Trump’s base even more.
And just when you thought things couldn’t get wilder, Trump managed to pull in a jaw-dropping $53 million in donations just 24 hours after getting smacked with a conviction in his business records trial. Looks like the Trump train has no brakes, folks. Get ready for a wild ride to the White House in 2024!
