The liberal leftists can’t seem to get enough of trying to indict their favorite target, former President Donald Trump. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and Special Counsel Jack Smith have been working hard to bring charges against President Trump, however, they seem to be out of luck. The Westchester County District Attorney’s office recently concluded their two-year long investigation of the Trump Organization and found no evidence of wrongdoing. This is nothing but another example of the left’s desperation and hatred towards President Trump.
This investigation began in October 2021, and it was focused on suspicions that the Trump Organization attempted to dodge property taxes by misreporting the value of their Trump National Golf Club. However, these conspiracy theories have been put to rest as the District Attorney’s office found no evidence of such wrongdoing. The left simply can’t accept that President Trump is innocent and is doing everything in their power to bring him down.
What’s even worse is that much of what was uncovered during this investigation is already being looked into by New York Attorney General Letitia James, who brought a civil lawsuit against the Trump Organization in September 2021. The district attorney can only pursue criminal cases, while the attorney general’s office has the power to bring civil lawsuits. It seems like the left will stop at nothing to discredit and attack President Trump, but their efforts are futile.
Despite all their attempts to smear his name and reputation, President Trump is still very much on track to win the Republican Party’s presidential nomination. In fact, a recent Harvard CAPS-Harris Poll survey released on Friday showed that he is the clear favorite. This news comes as no surprise as President Trump has proven time and time again that he is the champion of the Republican Party.
It’s time for the left to accept that they are fighting a losing battle. Their attempts to bring down President Trump have failed repeatedly, and their efforts will continue to fall short. The Republican Party stands firmly behind their champion, and President Trump will continue to fight for the American people and the values that make this country great.
