The Trump legal team is absolutely sick and tired of the Biden Department of Justice’s shenanigans. They’ve finally had enough and are letting the world know in a series of fiery legal motions. Trump’s legal team filed multiple responses on November 22, asking U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan to dismiss the DOJ’s prosecution. And boy, do they have some strong arguments.
They argue that the Biden administration has targeted Trump selectively and with malicious intent. They claim that Biden and his cronies abused their authority and violated multiple constitutional protections. And you know what? They’re absolutely right! It’s clear as day that Biden is out for revenge against Trump, and he’ll stop at nothing to take him down.
Not only that, but Trump’s legal team argues that the case should be dismissed because of presidential immunity. Trump was the president, for crying out loud! He should be protected from this kind of nonsense. It’s just common sense. But apparently, common sense is in short supply in the Biden administration.
But it doesn’t stop there. The latest filings focus on constitutional provisions, like double jeopardy, free speech, and due process. Trump’s legal team claims that Biden directed the selective prosecution against him, all because he’s still bitter about losing to Trump in 2016. Talk about a sore loser!

And you know what? Trump’s legal team is absolutely right to call out the prosecution for trying to silence those who speak out against their approved narratives. This is America, not some communist regime where the government gets to decide what you can and can’t say. It’s a blatant violation of our First Amendment rights.
The DOJ, of course, is trying to defend its indictment. They claim that Trump’s speech was false and misleading, and therefore not protected by the First Amendment. Give me a break! This is just another attempt by the left to silence conservative voices. They can’t handle the fact that Trump was a successful president who spoke the truth.
But here’s the kicker. Trump’s legal team also accuses the special counsel of being a “stalking horse” for Biden. They argue that Biden successfully manipulated the DOJ to go after his political rival. And you know what? They’re not wrong. Biden has a track record of shady dealings and using his power for personal gain.
It’s clear that this whole prosecution is nothing more than a witch hunt orchestrated by Biden and his cronies. They’re desperate to take down Trump, even though he’s no longer in office. They’re afraid of what he might do if he runs for president again in 2024, and they’re doing everything they can to stop him.
But mark my words, if the judge doesn’t dismiss this case, it will be nothing short of election interference. Millions of Americans are watching this closely, and they won’t stand for the injustice being done to Trump. The truth will prevail, and Biden’s attempts to silence conservatives will be exposed.
