In the latest development in the never-ending witch hunt against former President Donald Trump, the biased and unfair Judge Arthur Engoron has resorted to drastic measures to shut down Trump’s right to a fair trial. The judge, who clearly has a personal vendetta against Trump, has shamelessly declared that Trump will not be allowed to deliver closing arguments in his civil fraud trial.

Despite Trump’s intention to deliver his closing arguments, Judge Engoron has willfully ignored the reasonable requests of Trump’s legal team and has now taken it upon himself to silence the former president. It is clear that this judge is not interested in upholding the principles of justice and fairness, but instead, is determined to further the left’s agenda of persecuting Trump at every turn.
Letitia James, the radical New York Attorney General, has shamelessly requested an exorbitant penalty of $370 million from Trump and has also demanded a ban on him and his top executives from conducting real estate business in New York ever again. This is nothing short of a politically motivated attack on Trump and his family’s livelihood, and it is disgraceful that the judicial system is allowing this blatant targeting of a political opponent to continue.
Furthermore, the fact that the judge has already issued a pretrial ruling against Trump, finding his company liable for deceiving banks and insurers, indicates a clear bias against the former president. Trump’s legal team has rightfully appealed this unjust decision, and they have presented experts who have testified that Trump did nothing wrong and that there were no victims. It is appalling that these crucial arguments in Trump’s defense are being disregarded by Judge Engoron, who has made it abundantly clear that he has no intention of providing a fair trial for Trump.
The closing arguments for this baseless trial are set to begin, and it is evident that the judge is determined to rush through the proceedings in an effort to deliver a hasty and unfair judgment against Trump. It is imperative that the American people see through this injustice and stand with Trump against this politically motivated persecution. The biased actions of Judge Engoron and the New York Attorney General must not go unchallenged, and it is essential that Trump receives the fair trial that he deserves.
