Trump Takes Charge: DC Police Clean-Up Leaves Liberals in Frenzy

President Trump is finally doing what every American has wanted for years. He took control of Washington DC’s broken police force and cleaned up our nation’s capital. The results speak for themselves and the left is having a total meltdown.

In just one week, Trump’s federal takeover led to over 240 arrests and seized 38 dangerous guns from criminals. The operation used 1800 law enforcement officers working together across the city. These are the kind of results we get when someone actually fights crime instead of making excuses.

Trump deployed 800 National Guard troops and created 22 multi-agency teams to take back our streets. They targeted drug dealers, weapons violators, and criminals with outstanding warrants. The National Guard patrolled key areas like the National Mall while police made the arrests.

The president was clear about why this had to happen. He said our capital was very unsafe and something was out of control. Trump promised to fix it quickly and that’s exactly what he did while career politicians just talked.

Of course the liberal groups are going crazy over Trump’s success. The ACLU is calling it dangerous political theater and claiming Trump is trying to scare communities. They always defend criminals more than they defend law-abiding citizens.

The ACLU’s Hina Shamsi complained about heavily armed federal agents coming to DC. She worried about people’s rights being violated instead of celebrating that criminals were being arrested. This shows how backwards liberal priorities really are.

DC officials tried to sue Trump to stop him from cleaning up their mess. They went to federal court on Friday but the judge sided with Trump. The administration made small changes but kept moving forward with the crime crackdown.

This is what real leadership looks like and why Americans voted for Trump. He promised to restore law and order and he’s keeping that promise. While liberals cry about politics, Trump is making DC safe for everyone who lives and works there.
