He wants the country to unite in a massive day of worship and recognition of our faith—right on the National Mall. They’re calling it “Rededicate 250.” It’s a plan to mark our nation’s 250th birthday with prayer, unity, and a return to the roots that made America great.
The liberals in Washington hate this. They scoff at the idea of faith because it bothers them when hard-working Americans believe in something bigger than the government. For decades, Democrats have tried to silence Christians, remove God from the public square, and push globalist agendas. Now, Trump is flipping their script. He’s reminding everyone that religious people built this country. Faith is the backbone of American success, not some bloated government handout.

Liberal elites love to preach about “diversity” and “inclusion”—unless you’re a Christian. The moment regular Americans want to pray, sing hymns, or thank God for their blessings, the left has a fit. They’d rather talk about climate change or gender theory than about what really matters. Trump isn’t afraid to call them out. He knows millions of Americans are hungry to see their values respected, not ridiculed.
Rededicate 250 isn’t just about prayer. It’s about sending a message to the world: America didn’t become a superpower by bowing to foreign interests or chasing every woke trend. We became great because our people worked hard, loved their families, and trusted in God. The left can mock this all they want, but history is clear—faith and freedom go hand in hand.
Why are progressives so afraid of a day of worship? Maybe because it proves that real power in America comes from the people, not the bureaucrats and self-appointed experts. Imagine tens of thousands on the Mall, praying for the country, not for more government. That’s what terrifies the establishment: regular Americans taking charge and showing what patriotism really looks like.
If the liberals in D.C. have a problem with Christians honoring America, maybe it’s time they remember who made this country strong in the first place. Wouldn’t it be something if, instead of erasing our past, we rededicated ourselves to it? Trump is betting that’s exactly what America wants. And he’s right.
