The carnage erupting across Mexico is exactly what President Trump warned us about—yet the left mocked him for being “too tough” on the drug cartels. Well, who looks foolish now? As Mexican security forces finally took out the notorious leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, the response from these savage criminals was quick and brutal. Burning vehicles blocked highways. Airports and resorts turned into war zones. Cartels ambushed Mexico’s National Guard—25 officers slaughtered just for doing their jobs. Ordinary people cowered in fear while American tourists scrambled to escape. Schools closed their doors. Even the U.S. government had to beg Americans to shelter in place.
For years, globalists and weak-kneed politicians in Washington shrugged off the terror spilling over our southern border. They acted like cartels were just “criminals” you could reason with—like they’re some rowdy street gang you might negotiate with over a cup of coffee. Reality check: the Mexican cartels are terrorists, with power that rivals ISIS or Al Qaeda. They use fear, violence, and chaos to control territory and intimidate both governments and civilians. Only one president, Donald Trump, dared to call them what they are—and treat them with the force they deserve.

Let’s be honest—the Biden administration and their media cheerleaders like to pretend things are “calming down.” The truth is clear: the violence isn’t stopping. Gunfights and bloodshed have spread across more than half the country. American tourists are being kidnapped in what used to be safe vacation spots. And while the so-called “experts” wring their hands and offer fancy speeches, average Americans are left to wonder if they’ll be the next victim.
This is more than just a Mexican problem. Every bit of chaos south of the border spills straight into our country. Open borders, sanctuary city nonsense, millions of unknown illegals slipping into our neighborhoods—just how many cartel criminals have been allowed to vanish inside our cities? Liberals shrug and call it compassion. Real Americans call it negligence. And it’s time we admit the only thing these terrorists understand is strength.
Trump’s America understood that peace doesn’t come from weakness. It comes from bold action and putting American safety first. The cartels are terrorists—period. It’s time Washington gets its act together. Or do liberals prefer we wait until cartel violence lands right on Main Street, USA?
