America is back, baby! Thanks to the One Big Beautiful Bill, the United States is finally shaking off the shackles imposed by the previous administration. Under the anti-energy policies of former President Biden, American oil and gas production was effectively strangled, as the Biden administration delighted in burdening our economy with regulations, all in the name of a so-called green utopia. But as any good, hardworking American can tell you, dreams don’t fill up our gas tanks.
Now, President Trump’s leadership has restored our rightful path to energy supremacy. With the Department of the Interior’s announcement of the first oil and gas lease sales in New Mexico, it’s clear: America is gearing up for an energy comeback. It’s about time! By slashing the federal royalty rate from a punitive 16.67% to a much fairer 12.5%, the playing field is being leveled for the oil and gas industry. This is how you create jobs, folks. This is how you lower energy bills for average Americans.
Talk about taking the chains off! Thanks to the One Big Beautiful Bill, the red tape and inflated taxes that hamstrung our energy developers are becoming a thing of the past. Not only that, but the bill reinstates free-market practices that had been abruptly curtailed under the so-called Inflation Reduction Act. The left’s creepy obsession with punishing success while outsourcing energy dependency stops right here. Finally, America is poised to once again lead in an industry that supports and defines us.

Let’s not kid ourselves. Energy security is national security. Weakening our domestic production capabilities only plays into the hands of globalists who thrive on America’s decline. But with this new lease of life—pun intended—President Trump is championing the very values that make America great. How can energy sources like hydrogen be expected to thrive if we can’t keep our traditional sources robust?
Isn’t it time we embrace an era where American energy resources are utilized and celebrated rather than demonized and taxed to oblivion? This is a significant step toward America’s new Golden Age. So let’s drill, baby, drill. Are we ready to power the future and secure our dominance on the world stage, or do we want to fall back into the same old traps of dependence and mediocrity?
