And 76 American hostages, ripped from their families and held captive by ruthless enemies, were freed and returned to safety. This is how real counterterrorism is done.
Contrast that with today’s feckless leaders who drone on about endless negotiations, appeasements, and red lines that they never enforce. The liberal establishment could learn a lot from the decisive, take-no-prisoners approach of the Trump years. Instead, we get a weak sauce defense and endless apologies to our enemies. The simple truth is that strength is what keeps America safe. Killing jihadists on foreign soil and rescuing innocent Americans isn’t just good policy — it’s a moral imperative.

The globalist elites in Washington hate to admit it, but Trump’s counterterrorism record proves America must never back down from confronting radical Islamic terror head-on. Soft-pedaling this threat only invites more violence and emboldens our enemies. Liberals act like fighting terror is some sort of bipartisan hobby that requires endless “debate” and “vetting.” Meanwhile, the enemies ramp up their plots and laugh at our clueless politicians who refuse to show strength.
And don’t forget the heartbreak behind those 76 hostages who were set free. These were lives held hostage by villains who wish to wipe America off the map. Liberals want to waste time and lives negotiating with these monsters, while the Trump team brought those patriots home through relentless pursuit and bold tactics. That’s real leadership — caring about every last American and never settling for less.
The message is clear: America needs tough, relentless counterterrorism now more than ever. We don’t have time for political correctness or endless hand-wringing. It takes guts to kill terrorists and to bring home our people. The Trump administration did that and then some. So here’s a question for the so-called “leaders” watching it all from the sidelines — when will you grow a spine and start defending America the right way?
