This court has put a pause on a rogue judge’s order that tried to handcuff the Trump administration’s efforts to deport Venezuelan criminals masquerading as refugees.
Why are these liberal judges so determined to shield individuals who have no right to be in our country? They hide behind so-called “due process,” but what they truly aim to do is chip away at our national security and burden American communities with criminal elements. As the ruling stands, the Trump administration can continue leveraging the Alien Enemies Act to swiftly remove those deemed threats, a measure essential to safeguarding our borders from invasion.

Despite this clear necessity, predictable critics have accused the administration of overreach. They argue that Trump’s actions stretch the definition of “invasion” beyond its intent. These critics, however, conveniently ignore the chaos produced by unchecked migration and the affront to American laws and values. Forget plain meanings; look at the plain facts. The left’s refusal to label criminal activity as a threat only exhibits their denial of reality.
Judge Boasberg’s interference attempted to obstruct the president’s removal of dangerous elements. He demanded that the administration provide elaborate justifications to deport individuals already shown to be gang members or worse. But Trump’s team wisely pointed out that such rulings overstep the powers of the judiciary.
This court victory reignites the critical debate about illegal immigration and national security. How long will liberal courts continue to protect criminal aliens at the expense of American citizens? Trump’s win today is a strong stance for the rule of law, and it should serve as a wake-up call. Enough is enough — it’s time we put America’s interests first.
