Trump’s Trial Twist That’ll Send Liberals into Meltdown!

What if former President Donald Trump is found guilty in any of his impending four trials? This outcome would provide the Democrats and the Left with an opportunity to further attack and disparage the Republican Party and its supporters.

In actuality, however, Trump's legal battles are far from over. The trials that present him with the greatest legal risk are still years away. Consider the Georgia election investigation, which is unlikely to go to trial by March of next year. With 18 individuals named in the indictment, the proceeding will inevitably be slowed down by attorneys requesting continuances and causing delays.

Trump could be convicted of something, but it is extremely unlikely that he would serve jail time, particularly if he wins the 2024 presidential election. Even if Trump were to be convicted, he would be allowed to remain free pending appeals on constitutional and evidentiary grounds, which could take years to resolve.

Moreover, if Trump were to win in 2024 and a judge were to order his incarceration during his presidency, there would likely be a legal challenge alleging that his incarceration would impede his ability to carry out his federal responsibilities. Together, this challenge and the appeals procedure could delay his potential incarceration until the end of his sentence or even indefinitely.

The likelihood of Trump being imprisoned is far from certain, and even if it were to occur, it would be complicated by legal and logistical obstacles. Liberals may fantasise about seeing Trump behind bars, but the likelihood of this occuring is at best remote.
