Elizabeth Warren spent years lying about being a Native American to get ahead in her career. She told everyone she had Cherokee and Delaware heritage based on old family stories. Harvard Law School even bragged about having her as their Native American professor.
But it was all fake. Warren had no proof of any real tribal connections. She never belonged to any tribe or lived as a Native American. She just used the lie to make herself look more diverse and interesting.
When people started asking questions, Warren got desperate. In 2018, she took a DNA test to try to prove her claims. The test showed she might have had one Native American ancestor maybe 6 to 10 generations ago. That could mean she was only 1/1024th Native American.
Real Native Americans were furious with Warren. The Cherokee Nation slammed her for thinking a DNA test could prove tribal membership. They said she was making a mockery of their culture and citizenship. Tribes decide who belongs, not some lab test.
President Trump was right to call her Pocahontas. Warren deserved every bit of mockery she got for this shameful lie. She built her whole career on pretending to be something she was not. That is fraud, plain and simple.
Finally, in 2019, Warren had to apologize. She said she was sorry for the harm she caused. But the damage was already done. She had stolen opportunities from real Native Americans for decades.
This whole mess shows how far Democrats will go to play identity politics. Warren thought she could get special treatment by pretending to be a minority. She got caught red-handed lying about her race for personal gain.
Warren’s fake Indian act proves she cannot be trusted. If she will lie about something so basic as her own heritage, what else will she lie about? Americans deserve leaders who tell the truth, not career politicians who make up stories to get ahead.
