White House Blames Mysterious ‘Factors’ for Skyrocketing Inflation!

On Thursday, Jared Bernstein, the Chair of the White House Council of Economic Advisers, made some interesting comments on MSNBC’s “Katy Tur Reports.” According to Bernstein, the Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) inflation number can be misleading when looked at year-over-year. Instead, he suggests focusing on the last three months to get a more accurate picture of the economy.

Now, I don’t know about you, but that seems a bit fishy to me. Why would we cherry-pick data and only consider the last three months? It’s like trying to judge a book by its last few pages. Come on, Mr. Bernstein, let’s look at the bigger picture here.

Inflation is a serious issue that affects the everyday lives of hardworking Americans. When prices go up, it’s the middle class and the working class who feel it the most. So, let’s not dismiss the year-over-year inflation number so easily. We need to take it seriously and come up with real solutions instead of playing with numbers.

It’s no surprise that the Biden administration is trying to downplay the alarming inflation rates we’re experiencing. They don’t want the American people to realize the consequences of their reckless spending and money printing. But we can’t ignore the facts. Inflation is rising, and it’s hurting American families. It’s time for the White House to face the music and take responsibility for their actions.
