The source of this claim comes from a website that is notorious for spreading misinformation. So, before you start barricading your homes and wearing tin foil hats, let’s get the facts straight.
The WHO’s director general, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, has been warning nations about the importance of a pandemic treaty. He even mentioned that if they fail to agree on one, future generations might not forgive them. Now, that is some serious pressure! But here’s the kicker, folks: nowhere in this treaty does it mention anything about a surveillance program.
But of course, there are always those who love to stir the pot and spread fear. The Facebook post in question claims that this treaty would allow the WHO to surveil every man, woman, and child for potential diseases. They even throw in some wild accusations about the WHO being controlled by Bill Gates and Big Pharma. Talk about a conspiracy theory gone wild!

Yes, the WHO does have a treaty proposal in the works, but it’s all about cooperation between countries to strengthen pandemic prevention and public health surveillance capacities. That’s just a fancy way of saying they want countries to work together to prevent the next big outbreak. It’s not about controlling every aspect of your life or surveilling you while you sleep (that’s what the deep state is for, right?).
