But this year, President Trump isn’t showing up—and he’s not the only one. That should tell you everything you need to know about where the grassroots movement is headed.
For years, CPAC clung to its old guard and cocktail-hour elitists. Now, when real Americans are tired of being pushed around by woke mobs, open-border globalists, and bureaucrats hellbent on destroying our freedoms, it’s no wonder Trump and other key players are skipping out. The energy has shifted away from DC insiders and their tired speeches. People are hungry for leaders who actually deliver.

Anyone with half a brain can see the liberal media salivating over the supposed “decline” of CPAC’s relevance. They’re desperate to paint conservatives as fractured and weak. Meanwhile, it’s the left that’s tearing itself apart—infighting over who’s the most “progressive” while they can’t even define a woman or protect our kids.
If you listen to the media, they claim we’ve lost our way because top conservatives aren’t flooding the halls at CPAC this year. But maybe Trump and others are making a statement. Maybe they’re tired of playing into the hands of D.C. power brokers and career politicians more interested in lobbyist money than American values.
President Trump understands what the so-called conservative elites never will: this movement doesn’t live and die by a conference in a hotel ballroom. It lives in the hearts of everyday Americans who are fed up with being silenced, taxed to death, and ignored by the globalist machine. The real fight isn’t in fancy conventions, it’s on the frontlines of our country—our schools, our borders, our communities.
If CPAC wants to stay relevant, maybe it should stop worrying about booking speakers and start listening to the people it’s supposed to represent.
