During the opening day of the impeachment inquiry against President Joe Biden, Democratic Rep. Jasmine Crockett of Texas made quite the spectacle. She couldn’t handle the idea that the president might be investigated for his son’s sketchy foreign business dealings, so she went on a rampage defending him. According to her, Biden is only guilty of “loving his child unconditionally” and she even suggested that the inquiry should be stopped so Congress can focus on more important matters. But let’s be real here, folks. The only evidence they have against Biden is that he loves his child? Give me a break!

While Democrats and their buddies in the media are busy claiming that there is absolutely no evidence for an inquiry, Republicans are pointing out that there are valid reasons to look into the allegations against the president. Rep. Byron Donalds from Florida, for example, pointed to an organizational chart from the IRS that shows Hunter Biden’s business practices. And you know what’s strange about that chart? There’s no real estate on it whatsoever. By raising these points, Donalds showed that there is certainly something worth investigating.
In the midst of all this, Crockett’s outburst only serves to show her true colors. It seems she is more interested in playing politics than in actually seeking the truth. But hey, I guess that’s just the Democratic way these days. They’ll do anything to protect their beloved Biden, even if it means ignoring any potential wrongdoing. Classic.
