The Cato Institute’s poll shows just how badly our schools have failed an entire generation. These kids have been fed a steady diet of anti-American propaganda by their left-wing teachers. They hate the very system that gave them smartphones and prosperity their grandparents could only dream of.
Meanwhile, a socialist just won the Democratic primary for New York City mayor. Zohran Mamdani wants government-run grocery stores and free everything. His supporters are wealthy college kids who think socialism is trendy while living off their parents’ capitalist money.
This isn’t just about politics anymore. This is about the future of America itself. When two-thirds of young people support the same failed system that destroyed Venezuela and Cuba, we have a serious problem. Our kids are choosing economic suicide because it sounds cool.
The blame falls squarely on our universities and media. They’ve convinced an entire generation that America is evil and capitalism is racist. These institutions have become anti-American indoctrination centers pumping out socialist zombies.
But here’s what these young socialists don’t understand. Every single socialist country in history has ended in poverty, oppression, or mass murder. There are no exceptions. Yet they think America will somehow be different because they’re special snowflakes.
The good news is that reality has a way of teaching hard lessons. When these socialist supporters graduate and start paying taxes, they’ll quickly learn why free markets work. Until then, we must fight back against this dangerous nonsense before it destroys the greatest nation on Earth.
