There have been hints in recent years that the radical left is about to face a harsh reckoning. Our nation was tanked by Joe Biden and his Democratic Party, who suffered greatly in the off-cycle elections last year. All indications this year pointed to Republicans retaking the House following the midterm elections.
That is, up until recently. The media made an effort to make it appear as though all the momentum and rage generated by Americans who suffered under Joe Biden suddenly… evaporated. That a small price cut at the gas pump was sufficient to excuse vaccination requirements, out-of-control inflation, Afghanistan, the open border, and never-ending lies.
Democrats hurriedly passed a funding bill that will raise taxes in an economic downturn. And now, yet another survey is illuminating the reality.
According to a recent survey, Republicans are ahead of Democrats by five points in the race to recapture control of Congress this fall.
A Rasmussen Reports poll conducted with less than three months until the midterm elections revealed that 46% of likely American voters indicated they would support a Republican for Congress while 41% said they would support a Democrat. While 8% expressed uncertainty, 4% declared they would cast their ballot for a different candidate.
The edge for the Republicans is growing. A different Rasmussen survey conducted earlier this month, shortly after the FBI raided former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort, revealed that the GOP was leading the Democrats by three points in the campaign for Congress. Nobody is able to foresee the future. Additionally, those who run surveys have easy access to manipulating the results. However, surveys regularly predict that Republicans will defeat Democrats in this year's election, which is a rarity in American history.
Democrats had a lead in the polls even if Republicans had a strong congressional victory. Recent generic surveys show Republicans leading so frequently, which may be a sign of rising anti-left sentiment among Americans.
Recall that Biden vowed to "build back better," but instead brought about extreme inflation and a downturn. He repeatedly violated Americans' confidence. not to mention continually attempt to violate our constitutional rights.
And that doesn't take into account the fact that millions of Americans are eager to hold him accountable because they think he is a dishonest president.
Democrats haven't done anything to improve their chances this election. They have pushed for extreme measures that will destroy both our economy and democracy. They have supported a "president" who is obviously mentally ill while ignoring the concerns of Americans. They have only been concerned with their "messaging" and how they seem to voters.
Well, come November, that might not be enough.
