Bidenflation strikes again, this time taking down a beloved BBQ joint in Bryan, Texas. Fargo’s Pit BBQ, a staple in the community for over 24 years, has fallen victim to the harsh economic climate brought on by the disastrous policies of the Biden administration. Owners Alan Caldwell and Belender Wells, a black-owned business, made the heartbreaking announcement of the closure on social media, citing the insurmountable challenges they faced in keeping the doors open.
It’s not surprising that a president who claims to champion the interests of black Americans is presiding over the demise of black-owned businesses like Fargo’s Pit BBQ. Despite being recognized as one of the top 50 BBQ spots in the state by Texas Monthly, the restaurant couldn’t weather the storm of Biden’s economy, ultimately succumbing to financial pressures exacerbated by the pandemic.
