Under Obama, 82 percent of illegal aliens were detained until their cases were decided, with an additional nine percent held for some duration. Under Mayorkas, the detention rate has plummeted to ten percent, while the percentage of illegal aliens not detained at all has surged to an alarming 64 percent.
