Biden’s Judge Targets 1st Amendment: Cozying Up to Big Tech!

In a heated debate at the Supreme Court, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson made waves by questioning the sanctity of the First Amendment. Yes, you heard it right, folks! The very bedrock of our freedom of speech was put on trial by none other than a Biden-appointed judge. Hold on to your hats, because it’s about to get bumpy!

The case in question revolves around Missouri and Louisiana calling out the Biden Administration for cozying up to big tech giants like Google, Twitter, and Facebook, all in the name of squashing any speech that doesn’t align with the left’s agenda. We’re talking about censoring COVID-19 debates, election result discussions, and even silencing the explosive Hunter Biden laptop story. The nerve!

During the proceedings, Justice Jackson seemed more concerned about the government’s ability to play censor-in-chief than upholding our constitutional rights. She fretted that the First Amendment might be getting in the way of Uncle Sam shutting down “harmful” information. Good gracious, talk about government overreach!

Missouri’s Attorney General hit the nail on the head when he pointed out that the First Amendment is supposed to tie the government’s hands so they can’t trample on our rights. It’s there to protect us from exactly this kind of tyranny! But apparently, Justice Jackson missed that memo.

Thankfully, there’s a glimmer of hope on the horizon. U.S. District Court Judge Terry A. Doughty wasn’t having any of this collusion between the feds and big tech. He slapped a temporary injunction, putting the kibosh on their shady dealings. Hallelujah for a judge who still believes in the good ol’ Constitution!

In a bizarre twist, the Justice Department argued that the President should have the power to strong-arm companies into doing his bidding for the “public interest.” Public health, national security, and election integrity were trotted out as excuses for trampling on our rights. Sorry, but last time the conservatives checked, the Bill of Rights wasn’t up for negotiation!
