In a stunning court filing on Sunday, Donald Trump’s lawyers pulled no punches as they accused Joe Biden of attempting to “take out” his political rival. They are seeking the recusal of the biased Judge Tanya Chutkan, who they claim is overturning the 2020 election. And boy, do they have a point!

You see, Chutkan made some rather interesting comments in a previous case. She wondered aloud why Trump hadn’t been charged over the events of January 6th. Now, any reasonable person would think that maybe she’s shown some bias there. But not the Democrats, oh no!
The prosecutor, Jack Smith, had the audacity to argue that Chutkan’s comments were being taken out of context. Out of context? Please! Trump’s team rightfully called those comments “gratuitous” and plainly hostile. It’s crystal clear that Chutkan has it out for Trump.
But here’s the real kicker: Trump’s lawyers are slamming this whole trial as a “show trial” orchestrated by Biden himself. They believe that Biden is using the power of the presidency to take out his most significant political opponent. And come on, who can argue with that logic? Trump has been a thorn in the Democrats’ side since day one, and they’ll do anything to eliminate him.
And it’s not just Chutkan’s biased comments that raise eyebrows. In another case, she compared Trump to an aspiring tyrant. Can you believe it? But his lawyers hit back with a spot-on argument: “No president is a king, but every president is a United States citizen entitled to the protections and rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution.” Preach!
But the bias doesn’t end there. The Democrats are insisting that the four indictments against Trump aren’t politically motivated. Yeah, right! They want us to believe that they just happened to file those indictments all at the same time. Give me a break!
And it gets even more absurd. Jack Smith had the nerve to request a gag order to prevent Trump from speaking out against this political sham. They’re worried that Trump’s comments could influence the jury pool. Newsflash, Smith, the majority of people in Washington D.C. voted for Biden! I think it’s safe to say that the jury pool is already stacked against Trump.
Trump, being his unfiltered and outspoken self, eloquently responded to the gag order request. He rightfully points out that he is campaigning against an incompetent person who has weaponized the DOJ and FBI. And yet, he’s not allowed to comment? It’s a clear infringement on his right to free speech. But the Democrats don’t care about that, do they?
It’s clear as day that this trial is nothing more than a desperate attempt by the Democrats to silence their political opposition. They’re willing to trample on Trump’s rights and use any means necessary to undermine him. But mark my words, Trump won’t go down without a fight. He’ll continue to expose the corrupt tactics and incompetence of the Biden administration, no matter how much they try to silence him. And that’s why conservatives stand with Trump, because he’s a true champion for our values and our country.
