Well, hot dog – grab your cowboy boots and your American flag, because Secretary of State Antony Blinken was up on Capitol Hill, spilling the beans about the Biden administration possibly tip-toeing back to some of Trump’s international sanctions. Now, let’s rewind a bit to when Biden threw Trump’s ICC sanctions out the window like yesterday’s leftover meatloaf.
