Gavin Newsom, the liberal governor of California, is correcting previous statements regarding his plans for the presidential election in 2024.
The Washington Examiner reports that Newsom was asked by a moderator whether he would run for president in 2024 or 2028, and the governor responded by saying that he would not do so. It is important to point out that Vice President Joe Biden's plans did not depend on the questions that were asked by the moderator.

If Joe Biden decides not to run for president in 2024, some members of the Democratic Party are considering the possibility that Jerry Brown, the governor of California, could fill the void left by his absence.
On the other hand, as we noted the previous week, Biden has stated once again that he plans to seek for reelection.
