The left’s latest meltdown over Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has gone to new levels of desperation. Democrats are now calling for his impeachment and replacement, claiming he committed some scandalous offense. Of course, the one and only Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who is already under a number of ethics investigations, has jumped right in on this one. However, she has once again put her foot in her mouth and is being schooled by George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley.

It seems that Ocasio-Cortez has accused Justice Thomas of unethical behavior, citing trips he took with a wealthy friend for the past twenty years. But clearly, she has no clue what she’s talking about. If she had any idea of what ethical behavior means, she would keep her mouth shut. Fortunately, Professor Turley is here to enlighten her.
This is beyond party or partisanship. This degree of corruption is shocking – almost cartoonish. Thomas must be impeached.

If we do not impeach when lifetime appointees repeatedly break the law in stunning shows of corruption, if we do not reign in systematic abuse of judicial overreach, and if all we rely on is for those abusing power to police themselves, we have no one else to blame. It must stop.

Meanwhile, Senate Democrats are piling on with their hysteria and are now sending a letter to Chief Justice John Roberts demanding a “thorough” investigation into Justice Thomas and his private life. Additionally, they’re even attacking his wife, Ginni Thomas, again. Because of course, when Democrats can’t defeat their opponents with facts, they resort to attacking their families – typical.
The sad truth is that Democrats can’t handle the thought of a genuinely conservative Supreme Court Justice, one who has always let the Constitution be his guide. They hate that he won’t cave to their pressure and make decisions based on their leftist agendas. Instead, he chooses to uphold the Constitution and protect our rights as Americans. So, in typical Democrat fashion, they’re pulling out all the stops to take him down. But Justice Thomas is a fighter, and he won’t back down.
