The Department of Justice (DOJ) is once again acting with bias and refusing to prosecute a former Biden-appointed attorney, Rachael Rollins, after she flagrantly violated federal laws. Rollins used her position as U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts to influence an election, lied to federal investigators, and actively participated in partisan political campaigns. Despite its own internal watchdog finding Rollins culpable for her actions, the DOJ has inexplicably refused to prosecute her.
The DOJ’s inaction in this case reeks of political favoritism and underscores the corrupt double standard by which the Biden administration operates. This is not the first time that the DOJ has declined to take action, as recently seen in its failure to prosecute the protestors who swarmed outside Supreme Court justices’ homes following the contentious Dobbs decision.

Additionally, it has been revealed that the U.S. Marshals were given orders not to make arrests “unless absolutely necessary.” This directly contradicts Attorney General Merrick Garland’s previous testimony that the Marshals had been given “full authority” to make arrests under any federal statute. It appears that the Biden administration is implementing selective enforcement when it comes to upholding the rule of law.
It is imperative that the DOJ hold Rollins accountable for her unethical and illegal actions. The American people deserve a government that operates with integrity and transparency, not one that shields its own from punishment. It is time for the DOJ to do the right thing and prosecute Rollins to the fullest extent of the law.
