The Department of Justice is cracking down on a woman who stole Ashley Biden’s diary, and they’re not messing around. Prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York are really laying into Harris, saying she’s “abused the administration of justice” by making lame excuses that caused her sentencing hearing to be rescheduled a whopping 12 times. Talk about flakiness! They’re not having it and they think she deserves a harsher punishment.
This Harris lady is like the queen of cancelling plans. Her hearing has been rescheduled so many times that it’s getting ridiculous. The judge is getting fed up, warning Harris that if she doesn’t show up, she could end up with a warrant for her arrest. That’s not the kind of RSVP anyone wants to receive!

Harris found Ashley Biden’s stuff at a friend’s house in Florida and thought, “Hey, why not make a quick buck off this?” She and her partner in crime, Robert Kurlander, cooked up a plan to sell Ashley Biden’s diary and other personal items to then-President Donald Trump’s campaign. When that didn’t work out, they turned to Project Veritas, a controversial right-leaning organization known for playing fast and loose with the rules.
These crooks managed to snag $40,000 from Project Veritas for the diary and other items, but thankfully, the organization decided not to publish the diary and turned it over to the police. But wait, there’s more drama! Project Veritas is now in a showdown with the DOJ over claims that the government violated their rights as journalists by seizing their gear as part of the investigation.
