EXPOSED: Biden’s Brother and EPA Involved in Scandal

The Functional Government Initiative (FGI) is at it again! This fabulous watchdog group has filed a transparency lawsuit against the corrupt and secretive Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for any possible communications between President Biden’s brother, Frank Biden, and the EPA.

Judging from the EPA’s lack of response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request earlier this year, it’s safe to say that something fishy is going on. The FOIA request, in addition to wanting information on Frank Biden, also sought records from a sugar cane lawsuit filed by Frank’s employer, the Bergman Law Group. Frank Biden works as a non-attorney senior advisor at the firm, according to its website.

Frank Biden hasn’t been shy about expressing his close relationship with his brother, the president, even going as far as to run a tacky advertisement on President Biden’s inauguration day that called attention to the sugar cane lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed against a large Florida sugar cane company for supposedly harming nearby residents with controlled burns that were authorized by the EPA. Conveniently for Frank, the lawsuit was announced the same day Biden released his environmental plan during his presidential campaign.

“In a world where the Berman Law Group’s class action lawsuit and the administration’s left-wing environmental justice initiatives raise potential conflict of interest issues, transparency is key,” said FGI spokesman Pete McGinnis. “Did Frank and his colleagues use their special relationship with the Biden administration to advance their case? Is the Department of Justice getting ready to join the fight against the same sugar industry players that Frank Biden’s firm is suing? The EPA’s refusal to provide records only adds to the suspicion.”

It’s not surprising that the EPA is keeping quiet, as it’s clear that something is amiss here. We can only hope that FGI will get to the bottom of this and expose the truth about the corrupt Biden family.
