After weeks of intense pressure from Republican lawmakers, Christopher Wray, the FBI Director finally handed over an unclassified document that allegedly links Joe Biden to a $5 million bribery scheme. As per the FD-1023 document, there was an exchange of money for policy decisions between current US President, Joe Biden, and a foreign national. The document is a record of an FBI-conducted interview with an informant, and it shows information about an unsavory agreement between the President and a foreign individual.

James Comer, the House Oversight Committee Chairman, planned a meeting and confirmed the existence of the document with Wray; however, he noted that Wray still refused to comply with a congressional subpoena to turn over the unclassified document. Despite Wray’s confirmation of the document’s existence, he refused to produce it, which means the FBI is not in compliance with the subpoena.
The Oversight Committee investigating allegations of improper foreign business transactions has also issued a subpoena for the records of a cellphone that President Biden reportedly used and paid for by his son, Hunter Biden. Peter Schweizer, known for his focus on political corruption, stated in an interview that the records were found on Hunter Biden’s laptop computer. The phone was reportedly used between 2009 and 2017, a period when the current president served as vice president.
The committee investigating allegations of improper foreign business transactions last week revealed an informant file that requested from the FBI that shows the allegations Joe Biden is linked to a $5 million bribery scheme while he served as Vice President.
Meanwhile, an IRS whistleblower claiming that the DOJ interfered with the IRS investigation into Hunter Biden has ALSO come forward, and he is a fourteen-year IRS veteran Gary Shapley. Shapley mentioned that the Biden’s investigation was way outside the norm.
The subpoenaed document is important, contains pages of details that need to be investigated further if there are to be any answers to the corruption allegations leveled against Joe Biden. Failure to hand over the FD-1023 form amounts to contempt, and the House Oversight Committee plans to initiate contempt of Congress proceedings if the FBI officials fail to hand over the document.
