Fox News Shocks Black Activists With This Audacious Question

It was just another day in political land when Fox News thought it would be a grand idea to chat with some black activists about the current political climate. They probably expected engaging, thought-provoking dialogue, but what they got was pure comedy gold. If there ever was an example of shooting yourself in the foot, this was it.

Picture this: a chorus of activists enthusiastically chanting “No justice, no peace,” asked to explain what it all really means. The best they could muster was a sequence of stammering and sidestepping that would make even the most polished politicians blush. Perhaps the phrase has become more of a mantra than a meaningful statement, but any deeper understanding seemed lost in translation.

But wait, there’s more. Fox News threw in a curveball by bringing up DEI, which for those not in the know, stands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. It sounded like some folks thought it was more about office chores than social equality, and quiz shows have fewer wrong answers. A mix-up here, a confusion there, and suddenly DEI was decried as unfairness itself. But the minute the name Al Sharpton entered the chat, opinions flipped faster than a pancake on a Sunday morning. Suddenly, DEI was great, unquestionable in its glory.

Amidst all this, Vice President Kamala Harris’s fan club made their voices heard. Talk about unwavering devotion! This crew was firmly on Team Kamala, believing she could swing states with the snap of her fingers, like some political superhero. How she would achieve such a feat was anybody’s guess, but they were contentped to cheer her on to victory. Who needs a strategy when you’ve got blind hope and enthusiasm?

Not to be left out, President Biden got his mention. Whether or not he was “with it” seemed less of a concern, as long as he remained “great.” It was a discussion free of the need for rationale, unshaken by pesky details like qualifications or policy. As if pleading the fifth, one of the activists pondered someone—perhaps imagining a secretary of some sort— might even make a run for office. Nobody was quite sure who or when, but what a thrilling mystery for those with wild imaginations.

In the grand finale, the activists called for peaceful and patriotic marches, advocating for a cause that seemed barely defined by their own words. It became a glimpse into the activist class’s surreal world—a mix of tired slogans and misplaced fervor. Just a reminder that these folks are out there casting ballots, lending a colorful, albeit clumsy, voice to the democratic process. In the land of political theater, sometimes the blooper reel teaches more than the main feature ever could.
