Harris Hits Trump on Putin Pals: VP slams ex-prez for Russia Coziness!

In a recent interview with MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports,” Vice President Kamala Harris called out former President Donald Trump for being too cozy with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Harris expressed concern about Trump’s friendly attitude towards Putin and urged Congress to take action.

Harris emphasized the need for bipartisan support in Congress to address the issue, stating that she is optimistic about the bipartisan support in both the Senate and the House. She urged the House to put the matter to a vote, expressing confidence that it would pass.

When asked whether Putin has been emboldened by Trump’s comments about NATO and Putin, Harris did not mince words. She criticized Trump for “encouraging” a brutal dictator to invade US allies and expressed disbelief at a US president, regardless of party, bowing down to a Russian dictator.

Harris condemned Trump’s conduct, stating that no previous US president had ever shown such deference to a Russian leader. She stressed that the American people would never support a US president, current or former, behaving in such a manner towards a Russian dictator.

In response to Harris’s statements, Trump supporters have voiced their disagreement, claiming that Trump’s actions were in the best interest of the country. They argue that his approach to foreign policy put America first and prioritized national security.
