Specifically, the letter mentions Fox News’s coverage of bribery allegations involving FBI informant Alexander Smirnov, who was indicted for making false statements about the Bidens to the FBI. Hunter Biden’s legal team claims that the network’s promotion of these allegations has contributed to the defamation of Hunter Biden.
