Another day, another example of the corrupt Biden family getting away with breaking the law. Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, has been caught lying on his background check form to purchase a firearm while using drugs. It’s a federal felony to lie on a firearm background check form, punishable by up to 15 years in prison, yet here we are, with the Biden family refusing to take responsibility for their actions.

Hunter’s lawyers have announced that they will use the Second Amendment as a legal defense if Hunter is charged with a crime related to that purchase. This is yet another example of the Biden family twisting the law to suit their own needs. It’s clear that Hunter should not be allowed to own a firearm if he is using drugs regularly, yet his lawyers are claiming that his right to bear arms should not be infringed upon, regardless of his illegal actions.
The crazy thing is his lawyers basically admit (beyond what Hunter already confessed in his book) that he used crack while purchasing and carrying:

Does @GavinNewsom , who backed Biden, also back Hunter invoking his 2A rights to protect his purchase and possession while admittedly using crack? Demand every gun control Democrat on the ballot answer this question.

Even more concerning is the fact that this defense could undermine the Biden administration’s efforts to tighten gun laws. It’s ludicrous to think that someone who has admitted to using crack cocaine every 15 minutes should have the right to own a firearm. Yet, here we are, with Hunter potentially becoming a high-profile test case for challenging the prohibition on illicit drug users purchasing/owning guns.
Of course, the left doesn’t care about the law or common sense. They will do anything to weaken the Second Amendment and disarm law-abiding citizens. And now, they are willing to defend a drug user’s right to own a firearm, simply because he is related to the president. It’s hypocrisy at its finest.
It’s time for Democrats to be held accountable for their reckless and dangerous policies. Every time they push for stricter gun control laws, they should be forced to answer whether they support Hunter Biden’s decision to use the Second Amendment to defend his right to buy and bear arms while admittedly using crack cocaine multiple times an hour. It’s time for the American people to wake up and see the corruption and hypocrisy of the left.
