Once again, the left is doing everything to undermine America’s borders—and real law enforcement pays the price. Here comes another so-called “civil rights” lawsuit, this time out of Portland, Maine. A local man is suing federal immigration officers because they actually did their jobs. His complaint? He claims he was targeted and arrested just because of his race, not because he might be in the country illegally. Give me a break.
Liberals want us to believe every law enforcement action is racially motivated. So every time ICE makes an arrest, the left runs to their lawyers and claims “racism.” It’s the same old playbook: attack agents who are trying to keep the country safe, and let potential criminals walk free, as long as their political narrative stays intact. Who do they want in charge—our officers, or the mob crying “discrimination”?

Let’s get to the real issue. The United States has every right to enforce its own immigration laws. When federal agents catch someone during a surge against illegal immigration, you can bet they have a reason. But the open-borders crowd wants chaos. They want every arrest to look like racism, instead of what it really is—hardworking officers protecting citizens. And why? Because a weak border is what globalists and America-haters want. It’s about power, not compassion.
If a court takes this case seriously, it’s another sign we’re slipping further down the liberal rabbit hole. Just watch: activist judges and wealthy leftist groups will line up to twist the facts, ignore real evidence, and accuse agents of bias. All this, while regular Americans struggle with rising crime, fentanyl pouring over the border, and towns being flooded with migrants the system can’t handle.
It shouldn’t take a genius to see what’s happening. The radical left would rather protect an accused lawbreaker than defend the people who put their lives on the line for this country. Does America really want to hand over border security to the lawyers and liberals who hate accountability? At this rate, why have any laws at all?
