About 30 minutes before landing in Los Angeles, an announcement was made on the plane asking for medical help. Witnesses said Tyson was in first class at the time. The stewardess asked everyone to stay on the plane after landing so paramedics could check on Tyson. The paramedics helped him, and he quickly felt better. A representative later confirmed that Tyson was doing well after feeling dizzy and nauseous because of his ulcer.
