Rogan Slams The View: Henhouse or Hate-Watch Heaven?

On a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, podcast host Joe Rogan and author Coleman Hughes took a shot at The View, comparing the hosts to a “rabies-infested henhouse.” Rogan and Hughes discussed Hughes’ appearance on The View to promote his book, The End of Race Politics: Arguments for a Colorblind America, and how he felt he was antagonized by the hosts during the segment.

Rogan didn’t hold back, calling The View a “show that people love to hate,” and poking fun at the hosts for saying “ridiculous things.” Hughes chimed in, expressing how many viewers seemed to be on his side of the argument, emphasizing his belief that people should treat each other “without regard to race.” However, co-host Sunny Hostin accused Hughes of using an argument that “the Right has co-opted,” showing a clear bias against conservative views.

Reflecting on his experience, Hughes noted that The View is “undoubtedly” entertaining, but he felt that Hostin had an agenda to portray him as someone with right-wing beliefs. He also questioned Hostin’s claim that she had read his book twice, suggesting it was “almost certainly not true.”

Rogan further criticized Hostin, stating that while he considers her to be “very intelligent,” she has been “ideologically captured.” He didn’t hold back on the other hosts either, describing them as “dull-minded,” but made an exception for Hostin. It’s clear that the conservative viewpoint was not given a fair shake on The View, and Rogan and Hughes didn’t hesitate to call it out.
